OMEC is turning 20 this year!
The Overseas Malaysian Executive Council (OMEC) was formed in 1993 to bring together Malaysians and UK professionals and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, business opportunities and network. OMEC has evolved into a business focus group with the objective of generating business opportunities for its members. Membership is open to individuals and businesses (Malaysians and non Malaysians) who seek to benefit from OMEC’s network and activities.
Vision and Objectives
We aim to create a Dynamic, Credible and Effective Organisation, providing a network for building strategic business relationships and partnerships, to strengthen the business relationship between Malaysia, UK and Europe and in turn generate business opportunities.
Strategies
We organise quality events and activities by providing a platform to network and exchange information and ideas. We aim to promote the professional expertise of OMEC members and the services of its Diamond members and to form strategic alliances with other business groups to widen the business spectrum for our members.
